How to manually disable Siri on Mac

Siri is an artificial intelligence that uses the voice of users for recognition, machine learning and language processing. It was only present in iOS but with the recent macOS Sierra upgrade, it is now available for Mac as well.

If you want to manually disable Siri, use the following steps.

Step#1. Go to Apple Menu from the top right corner.

Step#2.  Select System Preferences.

Step#3.  A new Siri icon will be there, click on it.

Step#4.  Uncheck the Enable Siri option.

Step#5.  From the Menu Bar, uncheck the Siri.

Step#6.  Now Siri is disabled as well as hidden
