How to Add Shortcut Keys on Siri for Mac With macOS Sierra

On iOS, you can enable Siri by saying “Hello Siri”. Vocal activation isn’t present on macOS Sierra through the Siri system preferences but it can be via Sierra’s Accessibility system preferences.

The default Siri keyboard command in Sierra is to hold down the Command and Space button. You have to change this in light of the fact that the Accessibility function isn’t able to hold down a keyboard combination.

Change the Siri keyboard shortcut

Step # 1.  Go to the Apple Menu -> Siri system preferences.

Step # 2.  Select Siri.

Step # 3.  Select Keyboard shortcut.

Step # 4.  Select Customize and then press the keys you want to set as the short cut.
